I found the novel sitting quietly in the aisle of international literature amongst all other books by Elena Ferrante. It was such a small piece, barely noticeable if you’re not being careful. Picked it up by chance and I was instantly stunned by the heaviest content such a few pages can offer. I’m thinking about ending things (yet another brilliant small book)。 It’s like everything you love all at once ;)电影的改编缩小几乎忽略的书中刻画的Leda母亲的形象的篇幅。 Leda trying to be THE daughter again。 I’m dead but I’m fine.” Leda being depressed ever since motherhood. Lastly, I’ve gotta say, Olivia Colman is GOD. 🙏🏻
